I have giboard (1 line) and used it occasionally, but recently started to use it a few times a week and the slack line will not hold tension for even 10mins of use (and I weigh less than 100lbs!). I had tried retensioning (with the tension pad it came with) which did nothing...so ordered a tension clip hoping that would be the answer. Sadly no, my line still slacks to almost touching the base after 10mins :/ disappointed.(I have to keep stopping and retightening.

This is my third tension clip- they keep breaking.
I'm so sorry about the issue! We just started manufacturing injection-molded clips and I placed an order for you so we can get one sent out ASAP 100% free. In our testing, these new clips have never failed so I think you will be much happier with the new version. I'm very sorry about the issues with your previous clips while we worked through refining our production. This tension clip broke on my board
This tension clip broke on my board, and when I reported it to Gibbon, they sent me a new one out Fed Ex free of charge under warranty. Got it installed and was back in balance in minutes. Where mine broke didn’t actually immediately make the board slip. Kudos to Gibbon for making an awesome product. LOVE MY GIBOARD!
