Shipping Policy

We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary during peak periods. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude major carrier holidays. Occasionally, delays may occur during periods of high order volume or warehouse closures. If processing times are expected to be longer than usual, we’ll let customers know.

With the exception of orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico, most orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. In some instances, we may use USPS depending on the destination or delivery needs. Once your order ships, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking details and the carrier handling your delivery. 

Orders going to military addresses are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 weeks. During peak seasons (like the holidays), delivery can take longer — occasionally up to 8–9 weeks. Transit times can vary depending on location and operational conditions.

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Transit times may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, peak holiday volume, or other circumstances outside of our control. We always recommend placing orders as early as possible to help avoid unexpected shipping or inventory-related delays. Once an order enters fulfillment processing, the shipping method cannot be changed or upgraded.

Expedited Shipping

We offer 2-business-day expedited shipping through FedEx at checkout. Please note that this transit time begins once your order has been picked up by FedEx — not when your order is placed.

Order Cutoff & Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days will ship the same day and typically arrive within 2 business days.

Example: An order placed Monday at 9 AM PST ships Monday and arrives by Wednesday.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Example: An order placed Friday after 2 PM EST — or anytime Saturday/Sunday — will ship Monday and arrive by Wednesday.

Expedited shipping is unavailable for:

  • Puerto Rico
  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Certain remote areas not serviced by FedEx within the 2-day window

Once an order enters fulfillment processing, shipping methods cannot be modified or upgraded. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. If a delay is caused by a FedEx service failure (not weather or events outside FedEx's control), please contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Occasionally, packages will get damaged in shipping. If there is any damage to your product or you did not receive your shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the ship date of your order. FedEx has a short time window to lodge a complaint, so if you do not contact us in a timely manner, we may not be to help solve your issue.

Products sold through this website are intended to be used in the United States and Canada. GIBBON US assumes no responsibility for supporting GIBBON products outside of the United States and Canada or for product damage from shipping or handling that takes place after the initial delivery of the product to the customer. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico typically costs more and may require different carriers than shipments within the continental U.S. Because of this, free shipping does not apply to these locations. Most orders to these areas are shipped via USPS, and transit times are generally longer than standard delivery estimates — typically around 2–3 weeks depending on location and carrier conditions.
