Oh my goodness. This thing is fun! I have had it about a week and only use it at this point for about 5 minutes a day. And yes, that 5 minutes is spent getting up onto the board and trying to balance without help or falling off. LOL. It is harder for me than I was expecting but as I get older I realize how important balance and strength are to "aging gracefully".
