I love my slack line boards

I love my slack line boards, I have three, a single and two doubles. I got a second double so I could travel w it. My kids, one 21 and obe 18 both enjoy them too. I hope the new clips will help keep my doubles taunt for longer.

Excellent customer service one of the pieces broke which it’s plastic slides to be expected but they stepped right up sent out two new pieces. No charge highly recommend. Keep up the good work. There’s not very many companies like that out there still.

Why should I have to pay for replacement clips when it is obviously a design flaw?

Hi Sara, if your clips have failed within 2-years, this would be covered by our warranty. Please reach out to our customer service team via email and they can help you get those replaced.
